I contacted Culligan , Belleville branch online at the end of May 2020 regarding a concern about our water softener ( which we had purchased from a different vendor other than Culligan). Within 24 hours I received a text to advise someone would be in touch with me. I received a call from the technician Andy, whom I explained my dilemma to, and he offered to come to my home (at no cost) to check the water softener hookup and bypass lines. Within 2 days, Andy came and rechecked the complete installation of our water softener and made a recommendation for resolution to my concern. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional and provided me with exemplary Customer service. I am retiree who worked in customer service for 40 years and realize the importance of providing feedback to busineses particularly when someone goes above and beyond as Andy has done! Thank you so much Andy for your time and feedback, I will never forget it! I would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a water softener to contact Culligan first!

in regards to replacing an old, failed system. The previous Quinte company, which will remain nameless, had left a very bad taste in our mouth with both poor equipment and customer service. David guided us to the right solution and within a week we had a new system, installed expertly with explanations by a friendly technician. It is also extremely good to know that the technology is developed by Culligan and they stand behind their product and service. I would recommend Culligan to anyone seeking to improve their water situation.

You didn’t even seem to notice that my kids kept bugging us lol When Terry came to do the install it was a crazy hot day. He was so quick at his job and cleaned up everything afterward. He was thorough, clear in explaining my 'mini water processing plant' that resides in my basement. Andy provided me with a solution (a maintenance plan) to ensure that my water would be the healthiest, least smelly possible, and easily maintained by a 'single, city gal living in the county.'
